Shipping & Return Policy
Ammo: for safety and insurance reasons we are not able to accept returns on any ammunition. If you find there is a defect or other issue please contact us.
Incorrect items: If the product shipped is not the product that you ordered, Lakeshore Ammunition will either replace the product or give you a full refund if returned within 10 days of receipt. If there is a problem with your product contact us BEFORE you make your return. Accessories returned for any reason, may be subject to a 25% restocking fee plus all applicable shipping fees.
Warranty Items: Scopes, Hearing Protectors, Lasers, Rangefinders, Lights or any merchandise covered by the manufacturer must be returned to the manufacturer for repair or replacement. No refunds or returns are accepted on these types of items. We only carry merchandise that are covered under warranty by a reputable manufacturer. Please consult your owner’s manual for warranty information, or call us for instructions.
If you are not satisfied with an Accessory Product (other than those listed above), you may return it within 30 days for a full refund, less shipping costs (and fees) and restocking fees (25% minimum restocking fee*). Item must be unused and in 100% original condition with all labels and papers intact. You must contact us before returning the item.

Returns: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request within 7 Days of the receipt of the product. For safety and quality reasons, we do not accept returns on ammunition. If the item is returned in its original condition with tags, we will offer you a refund to your original method of payment. All products must be packed in the original packaging and registration that shipped with the product. An open box fee and restocking fee of $45 will be assessed on any sealed product that is opened or removed from its original packaging.
- RETURN SHIPPING (TIPS): We recommend that you use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns, and either insure your package for safe return or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you chose not to use a carrier that offers tracking and insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.
The United States Postal Service (USPS), FedEx, and UPS offer limited tracking capabilities and there is a 30-calendar- day waiting period before most couriers will initiate a trace. The customer is responsible for shipping charges both ways on returns, as well as for shipping charges on shipments that are refused.
